Marco Iozzi won the 6th Visual Effects Society Annual Award for his contribution as a Lead Artist on the documentary Drama “Fight for Life”. He received a nominative award together with other members of his team at Jellyfish Pictures.

The final session of VIEW Conference 8 had Sharon Calahan of Pixar Animation Studios presenting the making of the Look of Ratatouille, the CGI animated feature film. Introduced by Italian animation master Bruno Bozzetto.

All sessions are crowded. The Pixar’s ones have forced the local authorities to make people wait outside because the room was too full. Exciting fans are running back and forth in the Torino Incontra conference Hall. Success!

A personal VIEW on what VIEW can be.

First half of the first day at VIEW Conference. Spent the morning with Paul Topolos, matte painter at Pixar Animation Studios for Ratatouille and Glenn Entis of Electronic Arts on the future of videogames.
