This is the CHALLENGE, through this website and social networks we intend to encourage as many people as possible to make 60 SECOND films.
We want you to be making the decisions on what films are to be made, what stories are to be told, in which genre, then film and edit them yourselves using whatever technology you have to hand.
NO OTHER WEBSITE OR BROADCASTER OFFERS YOU THAT MUCH INVOLVEMENT.
SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
Leading up to Friday 11th June 2010 we want you to submit suggestions and ideas for films/stories onto this website. These ideas, which take the form of a brief synopsis will be displayed on the website. All participants (including industry insiders) are then encouraged to interact creatively by leaving comments and suggestions on how to better develop the ideas into 60 second films.
We then want you to vote for the displayed ideas that
a) you most like or
b) would most like to see in a film or
c) that you would really like to make your own version of.
at 19:00 on Friday 11th June, voting for film suggestions will stop and the countdown begins, you have ONE WEEK to upload your own 60 SECOND film of that winning suggestion.
So c’mon get involved. Get suggesting and who knows what crazy films we can make. Remember, anything goes!
