I just discovered a quite new CG forum for the Spanish-speaking digital artists: IlusionDigital.com. There are not a lot of users but the group of followers is very intense in their contributions. You will find English and Spanish posts throughout the forum. There are some interesting user-contributed images in the gallery sections.
